Acceptance and fulfillment of buy online orders
Buy online orders are accepted by CamelTrophyShop subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the person making the order. Fulfilment of buy on-line orders are subject to stock availability and CamelTrophyShop is under no obligation to deliver an order to a customer. In the event of non-availability of an order or part of an order, CamelTrophyShop reserves the right to refund full or part payment respectively as appropriate to the customer making the order.
In other words, we will do everything we can to get your order to you, but if, in exceptional circumstances, we cannot, we will refund the unavailable items.
Appropriate use of merchandise
CamelTrophyShop will not be liable for any loss or injury caused as a result of inappropriate or illegal use of the signs supplied to customers. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine appropriate and legal use for any merchandise that is purchased from CamelTrophyShop.
This is particularly important in relation to safety regarding off road equipment and road traffic law.
Prices
All buy online prices are per item and in British Pounds Sterling, unless displayed otherwise. Prices displayed in other currencies are automatically calculated at the most recent exchange rate available to CamelTrophyShop and may be subject to change.
Delivery
Standard delivery service for destinations within the United Kingdom: Orders made on-line for delivery to UK destinations will be delivered generally within 5 working days of receipt of the order, and in all but exceptional circumstances, within 28 days.
Product Guarantee
All items are guaranteed for three months subject to appropriate use. We cannot replace stickers that have been applied or clothing that has been washed at temperatures greater than 40 degrees Celsius.
Complaints, refunds and replacements
All complaints relating to buy online orders must be notified to CamelTrophyShop within 21 days of the order despatch. All refunds and replacements will be at the discretion of CamelTrophyShop.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, CamelTrophyShop must be notified within 24 hours of the order placement. If the order has been dispatched, the customer will be liable for the postage incurred both in dispatch and return to CamelTrophyShop.
